Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

Question: What will be covered in the registration fees? Answer: Registration fee will cover, registration kit, stay for 3 days, breakfast, lunch tea and dinner, 1-day tour.
Question: Would it be necessary for us to present the paper to attend the conference? Answer: No, it is not necessary. You can also attend the conference as a Listener or to attend and publish a paper in the special issue of Ambient Science, after facing peer review process.
Question: Can I register myself in the venue? Answer: Yes, but the organizing committee may not take any guarantee for your accommodation in that condition. However, various good quality hotels are available adjacent to the venue where the participant can stay by availing concessional tariff (being our guest). Food will be provided by us.
Question: Can I be accompanied by one more person with me? Answer: You can be accompanied by at least two people extra, but you will have to pay the 65% of registration fee for each extra person.
Question: Would it be a mandatory for us to stay in the venue provided by organizing committee? Answer: Not at all. You can choose of your own, and in such situation, you may get some concession also in your registration fees.
Question: How to contact the organizer? Answer: You can mail us directly to colloquium@caves.res.in. We will reply by next 24 hrs. From May onwards you can contact directly to our convener: +91 9301036370.
Question: How can I participate? Answer: Everyone has to register himself/herself by following the Registration & Manuscript Submission link. The provision for Abstract submission and complete manuscript submission is already there. You will be further confirmed the status of your participation by your registered email.
Question: Whether my article will be published ? Answer: All the selected articles will be published in a special issue of Ambient Science in both print and online format with specific DOI. To know much about the journal do follow our above Journal link.
Question: May I have to pay any extra for publishing my article in the special issue of ambient science? Answer: No, but the paper will go for peer review process and you may have to revise the paper if any suggestion would be provided by our honourable reviewers.
Question: Can I pay through a credit/debit card? Answer: If you wish we can send you a link of “Paypal” (for international delegate) / “Pay-U-Money” (for national delegate), but in that situation, you have to pay little extra (3 to 10%, fees which they charge as Payments Merchant Services)
Question: May I get an official receipt of the Registration fee to give to my institution? Answer: As soon as we will receive the Registration fees we will mail you in your registered email address the Money Receipt. The Registration fees will be un-refundable.
Question: Being an international delegate (participant) How could I get an invitation letter so that I can apply for a visa? Answer: After getting registered yourself send us a request letter to provide you the Invitation Letter. We will send you the details which will help you to get VISA.
INVITATION LETTER A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa. Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed. Invitation letters will be sent by e-mail. In order to request an invitation letter, just e-mail us with the following data: Registration Form Payment Proof Passport size photo Passport Scan Copy For those who require a visa, please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from individuals, you’re strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can. Should your application be denied, We cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
